Headed to Broadway: Packers trade Brett Favre to N.Y. Jets

The Brett Favre era in Green Bay officially came to a close early Thursday morning as the Packers traded their iconic quarterback to the New York Jets.
Jets officials — including owner Woody Johnson, coach Eric Mangini and general manager Mike Tannenbaum — clinched the deal by making a strong pitch
to convince Favre and his family to come to the Big Apple.

"He's coming to a new city, he's been in one system for 16 years," Tannenbaum said in a conference call at 1 a.m. ET.

Gewoon een ouwe overrated QB, die dankzij de beroerde offensive line van de Jets geen prettig (pijnvrij) seizoen zal hebben :-)
Dus hij zal wel denken: geld vergoed veel ....

Dat "stoppen op je hoogtepunt" is volgens mij ook maar een loze term  ???
