(weet iemand of er ook dit soort informatie sites zijn voor Nederlanders in Amerika??? Dus wat de grote verschillen zijn opgesomt [zoals b.v. het tippen, maar ook dacht ik prijzen zonder belasting {hoeveel komt er bij dan b.v.?} of hoe een job interview of andere zakelijk dingen gaan daar etc.????)

Deze twee stukken staan in de bovenstaande links. "Tipping is expected"? Ik zou eerder zeggen op "they are hoping for a tip", haha. Tuurlijk is het hier in Nederland gebruikelijk om te tippen, maar zins ik met de pin betaal doe ik vaak niet meer waar ook niet vreemd over wordt gedaan ofzo....

Uiteraard is het bovenstaande redelijk oud (guilders), maar ik heb nog nooit een chambermaid fooi gegeven (is wel gebruikelijk in de states, toch?), kan me niet herinneren dat ik ooit heb gehoord dat iemand dat hier in NL doet... of wel?
