(8:25 a.m.) -- A small plane has crashed in the northwest part of Las Vegas. The crash site is in a detention basin near Ann Road and Centennial. Fire crews are on the scene and report that the plane is on fire and there are two fatalities. Eyewitness News at noon will have the latest on this breaking story.
