Ha allen,

snelle vraag: moet ik zelf mijn VOG
opvragen of doet de ambassade dat? Ik lees verschillende antwoorden hierop...Wie weet het zeker?

In 2008 hoefde ik dat niet zelf te doen. Ik woonde toen nog in Nederland.

Je moet VOG zelf opvragen. Jarenlang was Ned. een uitz. op de regel en deed het US Consulaat aldaar de aanvrage.
Nu dus niet meer.

Als je in een ander land dan Ned. hebt gewoond voor enige tijd, kan het zijn dat je ook van dat land een Police Certificate nodig hebt.
